昭和59年7月 東京都江戸川区にて資本金300万円により設立
平成12年12月 一般貸切(限定)旅客自動車運送事業許可取得
平成18年7月 一般貨物自動車運送事業(霊柩)許可取得
平成18年8月 役員変更 / 代表取締役 生沼芳明 就任
平成19年4月 本社営業所を同じ江戸川区の南篠崎町より西一之江に移転
平成20年5月 一般乗用旅客自動車運送事業許可取得
平成22年3月 自家用自動車貸渡し許可取得
令和2年12月 一般貸切旅客自動車運送事業許可更新
